The first session was so popular, Steve Coats, Certified Master from Cincinnati, Ohio, agreed to do Part II. Steve has been delivering The Leadership Challenge Workshop longer than anyone but the authors themselves. His depth of experience, both with the material and with facilitation, allows him to glean ways of sharing The Leadership Challenge model that are innovative and insightful. Steve has been watching the current struggles leaders face and is ready to share some practical knowledge and tools.

For this session:

• Steve will share more about hidden treasures in a few of the Five Practices.

• Participants can ask question, explore and share their own overlooked gems of learning.

• We'll fill-in our knowledge-gaps or add ideas to our current facilitation.

• New and experienced facilitators alike will take away practical ideas to use now.

• We'll undoubtedly discuss how the current context of leadership comes into play
