Access to Resources: We'll create (with your help) an extensive library of materials and research focused on The Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership. This repository will help you refine your Leadership Challenge practice and share with each other.
Collaborative Opportunities: Engage with like-minded leadership development professionals who are also committed to The Leadership Challenge. Share experiences, challenges, and solutions that enhance collective knowledge.
Learning & Networking Events: Take advantage of workshops and webinars led by seasoned experts. These sessions are designed by our colleagues to help us continue our life-long learning.
