Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy
1. Purpose & Commitment
The TLC Alliance is committed to providing a professional, inclusive, and respectful environment for all members, board members, volunteers, contractors, speakers, and participants in TLC Alliance-sponsored activities. Harassment, discrimination, or exclusionary behavior undermines our mission and will not be tolerated.
This policy applies to all TLC Alliance activities, including meetings, events, online platforms, and informal gatherings connected to Alliance activities.
2. Values Alignment
The TLC Alliance’s Anti-Harassment and Anti-Discrimination Policy are grounded in the Alliance’s shared community values. These values guide how we engage with one another and how we respond when concerns arise.
This policy reflects our commitment to:
Honesty and Integrity – In everything we do, we tell the truth and accept responsibility.
Credibility – We hold ourselves to the highest leadership standards, using our values as our guides to action.
Respect for Others – We value our colleagues by seeking to build a climate of mutual respect.
Collaborative Spirit – We know that “you can’t do it alone.” We inspire leadership that is creative, innovative, and action-oriented with a commitment to working collaboratively.
Competence – We strive to increase our competence to a level of deep mastery in all aspects of The Leadership Challenge, including the LPI, The Leadership Challenge Workshop, and other TLC resources, as well as continuously improving facilitation and coaching abilities.
These values inform expectations for behavior and guide the Board’s review and response to reported concerns.
