During this session, you will:

• learn how this state agency has built and maintained systems,strategies, and structures that work.

• receive an advance copy of the Case Study written by Kelly Louis – The Leadership Challenge “A Love Story” which describes both the emotion and the logic it takes to put this sustained effort into place within a state agency.

• learn how internal facilitators were identified and trained to keep the shared language and shared experience of The Leadership Challenge relevant for all involved.
