Join us for the next meeting of TLC Alliance Book Club. This is a drop-in, 75-minute session where you can chat with others about one of your favorite books. Ideally, you will have read the book, but there are no entrance exams! 

We will be discuss Everyday People, Extraordinary Leadership by Jim and Barry. Together, we’ll explore how leadership shows up in everyday moments—and how ordinary actions can create extraordinary impact. Come ready to reflect, share, and connect.

The format will be:

• Facilitated discussion based on the following questions:

  • Which story or idea resonated most?

  • What’s the difference between reward and recognition?

  • What gets in the way of showing appreciation?

  • What’s one way to ‘encourage the heart’ this week?

Audience: TLC Fans and Members of the TLC Alliance. Anyone who wants to meet new people in the TLC Alliance community is welcomed.
