Join us for the inaugural meeting of TLC Alliance Book Club. This is a drop-in, 75-minute session where you can chat with others about one of your favorite books. Ideally, you will have read the book, but there are no entrance exams! 

Our first book will be Encourage the Heart: A Guide to Recognizing and Rewarding the Achievements of Others (Second Edition) by Jim Kouzes and Barry Posner.

The format will be:

• Quick Book Recap

• Facilitated discussion based on the following questions:

  • Which story or idea resonated most?

  • What’s the difference between reward and recognition?

  • What gets in the way of showing appreciation?

  • What’s one way to ‘encourage the heart’ this week?

Audience: TLC Fans and Members of the TLC Alliance. Anyone who wants to meet new people in the TLC Alliance community is welcomed.
